I’m so excited to share another part of my bedroom for you guys. You have already seen my desk space. Which is more fashion related and have a little bit of everything that I like pictured on the wall. I have recently been more into boho and florals. For example the country side of France. The color scheme I went for are pink, green, and nude. Now it is time for you to see my bed area.
My bed mattress is on the floor. After seeing a copious amount of floor mattress ideas from Pinterest, I just went along and did the same. It gives it a more cozier feel to it. I also like that it feels like I am in a reading nook.
To make my bed look and feel extremely cozy, I layered it with a mattress pad and two other comforter under my main comforter. Then, I topped it with cute, minimalist comforter from The Home Depot. I also added a bed throw blanket that is also from The Home Depot to give it a more boho vibe.
As for the pillows, I have a fur body pillow all the way behind the regular pillows and 1 fur pillowcase and a very light nude pillowcase. I also have my pink fur backrest pillow in the corner.
The walls are actually a DIY. I have gotten 3 gold picture frames from the dollar tree and printed out 3 line drawings to put in. Then I gotten a floral garland, LED lights, and a macrame from five below.
Although this is temporary because I am going back to school, I will definitely recreate this set up and add on to it in my dorm room. I am very pleased of how it turned out. Stay toon for my dorm room.
